Van Leer Ventures Jerusalem, is one of Israel's leading early stage investment centers.
The Center was established in 1992 by a consortium of notable sponsors, such as Intel, Teva Pharmaceuticals, AVX, Motorola and the Jerusalem Development Authority. Today much of the Center's activities are supported by its investors, Docor International BV, an industrial investment fund and The Jerusalem Development Authority, a joint government/municipal corporation.

Docor International and The Jerusalem Development Authority deliver to the portfolio companies tangible added value both via ongoing guidance and by extending their business development capabilities.

Mor Research Applications was founded in 1994 as a daughter company of Mor
Institute and a "granddaughter" company of Clalit Health Services, Israel's largest
Health Management Organization (HMO), with an annual budget of more than
$4.2 billion. Mor offers the following services to Clalit employees: End-to-end
technology transfer, from patenting applications to commercialization and
Management of research funds secured by the doctors and researchers.

Mor's Commercialization Portfolio offers more than 30 different projects in various
stages of development. The intellectual property is conceived and developed by professionals working at Clalit medical centers and hospitals across the country, 
including Beilinson, Meir, Kaplan, Carmel, Soroka, Ha-Emek and Schneider. Mor
